7 Day Shipping & 5 Day Return Policy

At Cartly, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all customers across India. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email or SMS so you can easily track your package.

We offer a 5-day return policy for eligible products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
